File Transfer Protocol

FTP is the easiest and fastest way to get your project to us.

As we have just installed an exceptionally fast T1 connection, your files will arrive here with the quickest speed possible. And with the addition of a new server, we can guarantee plenty of space for our customers' jobs, no matter how big the size.

Remember that your files will only upload at the speed of your modem connection. So, if you have a large project but only dial-up modem speed, consider sending it from a computer with a faster connection or simply mail us a CD.

In order to FTP files to Schwartzkopf Printing you will need FTP software installed on your computer. For PCs we recommend CuteFTP (click here to download CuteFTP). For Mac users we recommend Fetch (click here to download Fetch).

After uploading your files, please contact us via phone or email to confirm the transfer of data was successful.

Compressing your files will make them upload faster.

High resolution graphic files can be extremely large and take a long time to upload. In order to speed up the process, we highly recommend that you compress your files before transferring. Today, almost all computers come with a compression software already installed, such as WinZip on PCs and Stuffit on Macs.
